		<description>They are doing the same think where I live. Under the old bridge was always a place that was a bit &#039;dodgy&#039;, but provided some interesting pictures of the harbour, bridge and sunrises. 

Now it is a row of high-priced condos. 

Urban renewal...not for the common folk.</description>
